The SLD-R is designed to optimize athletic performance in disciplines such as slalom. Its rod entirely in aluminum has been subjected to a special reinforcement treatment (Foil Treatment Surface - FTS) to increase the resistance of the rod to impacts with the doors and to stresses from the ground. The ergonomic Tiger dual-density rubber grip and the comfortable World Cup (W.C) racing strap ensure a stable grip and optimum pole control. Finally, the CARBIDE tungsten toe cap provides additional control and balance during descents.
