The NORDIC FRIEND is a practical stick dedicated to novices of the Nordic walking discipline. This telescopic aluminum model is height-adjustable by means of an internal expander (L.L.S. Light locking system) and is equipped with an ergonomic handle equipped with the N.C.S. system. (Nordic Click System) which allows quick and convenient removal of the handrail by simply pressing a button. To ensure your safety even during the evening hours, near roads and in urban areas, a reflective sticker (REFLEX) is affixed to the pole of the pole, which will make you more visible to motorists.
